Admitted as a solicitor in 1976, Dan has more than 30 years local experience and has built a solid reputation for his expertise in: Conveyancing; Estates; Residential & Commercial Strata Development; Serviced Apartment Complexes; Commercial matters; Retirement Villages & Elder Law; Family Provision Litigation.

Dan expends a great deal of time and energy towards the local community as Honorary Solicitor for the Ballina Golf & Sports Club, the Ballina Angling Club, the Korea – South East Asia Vietnam Veterans Association, the Ballina Lighthouse & Lismore Surf Life Saving Club.

He has made a huge commitment to Ballina’s Crowley Retirement Village, serving as a Board Member for 18 years (including Chairman for 3 years) and provides Veterans’ Affairs advice to Ex-servicemen and Widows.

Dan also has a longstanding involvement as a mock trial magistrate and coached inter-school mock trial competition grand final winners in 1983. In his spare time, Dan enjoys golf and fishing.
