Rochelle is admitted to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Rochelle’s legal journey began in Property and Commercial Law and she is currently pursuing her Masters of Applied Law (Property Law). However, driven by her commitment to justice, she transitioned to specialise in Personal Injury law.
Rochelle practices alongside Ben Robin, in his personal injury practice, focusing on workers compensation, work injury damages, and negligence claims pursuant to the Civil Liability Act. She understands the challenges faced by injured workers and their families and provides them with support throughout their legal journey. Rochelle ensures her clients are informed about their rights and entitlements under the law, enabling them to focus on their recovery whilst she handles the complexities of their case.
Outside of work, Rochelle treasures spending time with her family, attending her sons’ various sporting events, enjoying a good novel, and participating in trivia with friends.
