Davyth Stewart

Davyth graduated with Honours in Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the Australian Federal courts, and has previously been admitted to practice in the law courts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Davyth works in our Kyogle office where he practices in a wide range of legal areas, including property matters, wills and estates, family law, criminal and commercial litigation, banking and money laundering regulations.

Davyth has extensive legal experience across a range of jurisdictions. He has worked in some of Australia’s largest commercial law firms, providing advice on insurance law, intellectual property, telecommunications, and banking and finance. He has been a senior lawyer with government enforcement agencies based in Sydney, London and Belfast and has worked for various international organisations, including International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL).

Davyth has a wealth of experience as a solicitor. He ensures all his clients receive top quality legal advice and that their matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Davyth has a long family history in the Far North Coast, with his great grandparents establishing a farm, at the base of Wollumbin (Mount Warning). He lives in Kyogle town with his wife and two young boys.
