Rochelle is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She practises primarily in personal injury law, operating as an IRO Approved Lawyer with a particular focus on Workers’ Compensation and Work Injury Damages.
Rochelle manages workers’ compensation matters at all stages of a claim and represents clients in proceedings before the Personal Injury Commission. She also has experience in public liability and CTP matters, and acts for a broad range of injured workers, including exempt workers such as police officers and firefighters.
Before specialising in personal injury, Rochelle gained substantial experience in property and commercial law, including roles within local government. This background—further backed by a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Property Law—equips her with a well-rounded commercial and practical perspective when assisting clients.
Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play sport, and testing her general knowledge at trivia.
