Sean Radburn

Sean Radburn is an experienced solicitor, accredited mediator, dispute resolution lawyer and legal practice leader based on the Far North Coast and Northern Rivers of New South Wales. He is also qualified as a barrister and has more than 20 years’ experience in legal practice.

Sean acts in litigation, mediation, independent workplace investigations, personal injury claims, estate disputes, court-appointed and agreed appointments as independent trustee in disputed matters, including sales of land, and complex civil matters. His approach is direct, strategic and evidence driven. He focuses on identifying the real issues, cutting through noise, and building a clear pathway to resolution — whether by negotiation, mediation, tribunal proceedings or court litigation.

Sean is also a Certified Practising Accountant. That financial and commercial foundation supports his legal practice, particularly in disputes involving business interests, trusts, estates, compensation, damages and financial evidence.

Sean does not see legal practice as an individual sport. Strong outcomes are achieved by a disciplined team working together — solicitors, support staff, experts, barristers, and clients all contributing to the strategy. Sean’s role is to lead that team, test the evidence, manage risk and keep matters moving with purpose.

Sean is a part-time Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, he is a former President of the Far North Coast Law Society and remains on its Executive Committee. He is also an ambassador for “Our Kids” Charity and an independent arbitrator for Football Far North Coast.
